Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 June 2026

This policy explains how your personal data is handled when you use the Digital Leadership Profile and the Dilyn Way™ platform at digitalleadershipjourneys.com (the "Service"). We are committed to protecting your data and being transparent about how it is used.

Who we are

The data controller is Walk Digital Limited, trading as Adapt2Digital, registered in England & Wales (Company No. 08427684), registered office 13 Vansittart Estate, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1SE, United Kingdom. For any privacy question or request, contact mel.ross@adapt2digital.com.

Where your organisation purchases the Service for its team, your organisation is the controller of its members' data and we act as its processor; we are the controller for individuals who purchase directly.

What we collect

Why we use it (lawful basis)

To deliver the profile and report you have requested (performance of a contract); to operate, secure and improve the Service (legitimate interests); and, where required, with your consent. Your results are linked to you so that your profile — and, for team members, your team leader and assigned coach — can see them, as described at the point you join.

Where your data is stored

Your data is hosted in the European Union (Ireland). We use Supabase (database and authentication, EU), Resend (transactional email, EU), Netlify (secure hosting/CDN) and Stripe (payments) as our processors. Government, public-sector and equivalent clients are advised that data is stored in the EU/UK.

How long we keep it

We keep your results while your account is active and for 12 months afterwards, then delete them. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Sharing

We never sell your data. We share it only with the processors above to run the Service, with your team leader and coach where you join as a team member, and where required by law.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port or object to the processing of your data. Email mel.ross@adapt2digital.com and we will respond promptly. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), protected by row-level access controls so each organisation's data is walled off from every other, and administrator accounts are protected with multi-factor authentication. Email verification is required to activate an account.

Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date above will change. Material changes will be notified through the Service.
