Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 18 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the Digital Leadership Profile and the Dilyn Way™ platform at digitalleadershipjourneys.com (the "Service"), provided by Walk Digital Limited, trading as Adapt2Digital (Company No. 08427684), 13 Vansittart Estate, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 1SE. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

The Service

The Service provides a Digital Leadership Profile based on The Dilyn Way™ framework, a downloadable report, a returnable results dashboard, and the option to continue into the 12-month Pathway. Team functionality lets an organisation invite members and view aggregated results.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details and verify your email address. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. Team members access the Service via an invitation from their organisation.

Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and processed securely by Stripe. Where applicable, tax is added. The Pathway is a recurring subscription you can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and is effective at the end of the current period. If you are buying as a consumer, you have the statutory 14-day cooling-off right, save where you have asked to begin and have consumed the digital service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access data that is not yours, or use it unlawfully. Each profile licence is for the named individual.

Intellectual property

The Dilyn Way™, the framework, the assessment and all platform content are owned by Walk Digital Ltd. Your personal results belong to you. We grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service.

Liability

The profile is a development tool and does not constitute professional, legal or financial advice. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change and material changes will be notified through the Service.
